This guide is about what bakeware packaging tells you and what it leaves out. We photographed and read the labels on eight retail products across four brands, then compared those claims against what the manufacturers publish themselves.
We did no laboratory testing. We did not test any pan for chemical migration, and nothing here should be read as a claim about what any product contains beyond what its own manufacturer states. Where a label is unclear, we say it is unclear.
One thing to know about the evidence: the packaging we photographed is European retail stock, because that is what we had in front of us. The products we recommend at the end are sold on Amazon in the US. The labeling habits are the same either way, but the two halves of this article come from two markets and you should know that.

Search for non-toxic bakeware and nine sites tell you the same six things. Buy stainless. Buy glass. Buy cast iron. Avoid non-stick. Look for PFAS-free. Here are some links.
None of it helps at the moment that actually matters, which is when you are standing in a shop holding a box.
So we read the boxes. Eight of them, across four brands, every word on the packaging. They sort into a rough ladder. At the top sits one that tells you exactly what the coating is. Further down are several that use language built to sound like a chemistry statement without being one.
Of the eight, one label named the material touching your food. Most described a coating without saying what it was made of. And the product sold hardest on its environmental credentials turned out to have the lowest oven temperature on the shelf.
The short answer
If you want to stop thinking about this: buy uncoated metal for anything flat and hot, and glass or enamel for anything wet and slow.
That means aluminum sheet pans for cookies, roasting vegetables and sheet-pan dinners, where you want high heat and browning. And a glass or enamel dish for casseroles, gratins and traybakes, where you want even, gentle heat and something you can serve from.
Neither has a coating. There is no chemistry to look up and nothing to wear through. The cost is convenience: you will get through more parchment, and glass will not crisp a cookie base the way metal does.
Cakes and muffins are the exception. Batter sticks hard to bare metal, and paper cases only solve half the problem. For those, buy a coated pan from a manufacturer that names its coating and publishes what is in it. We name one below, and show you how to check any other.

Why buying a set is harder than it looks
Most non-toxic bakeware guides recommend six single pieces from five different brands. That is reasonable advice and useless shopping. Somebody searching for a set wants one purchase, one delivery, pieces that stack, and one decision.
The reason those guides do it is structural. The non-toxic end of this market is thin on sets. Uncoated stainless and enamel makers tend to sell by the piece. The companies that do sell coordinated multi-piece bakeware are overwhelmingly the coated ones, because a coating is what makes a cake tin, a loaf pan, a springform and a bundt mold behave consistently in the same oven.
Which leaves you with a fork in the road.
Want a matched set? You are almost certainly buying a coating, and your job is to find out which one. Want no coating? You are almost certainly buying pieces separately, and your job is to make peace with parchment paper.
Both are fine. Neither is what the marketing suggests.
Six boxes, six claims
Below are six of the eight products we photographed, ordered by how much their packaging actually tells you. This is the part that needs the boxes in your hands, which is why we went and got them.
1. The one that tells you everything
The Zenker extendable baking tray carries a Teflon quality-tested non-stick badge on the back of the box.
Teflon is a registered trademark of The Chemours Company, used on cookware for its fluoropolymer non-stick coatings. Whatever else you think about that, there is nothing here to decode. Buy this pan and you know what the surface is before you open it.
That is worth saying plainly, because the non-toxic corner of the internet treats that badge as a black mark. Of all eight boxes we handled, it was the one that answered the question without sending us anywhere else.
2. The one that names a material
The Dr. Oetker Back-Spaß Emaille springform describes its surface as a smooth, glass-hard quartz enamel, and states that it resists cutting, scratching and fruit acids.
Vitreous enamel is glass fused to steel at high temperature. It is not a polymer film sitting on metal, so it does not thin with age, and you can cut a slice in the tin without reaching bare steel.
Where the Zenker box tells you the brand of its coating, this one tells you the substance of its surface. Both are useful. Almost nothing else we picked up did either. Enamel bakeware is also oddly absent from most non-toxic buying guides, which cover enamelled cast iron cookware at length and then skip past it.
3. The one that names a supplier instead
Several Zenker boxes carry an ILAG badge with a tier word attached: BASIC, PREMIUM or ULTIMATE. The mojave gold line adds that its coating is "ceramic reinforced".
ILAG is a Swiss coatings manufacturer. On its own website it groups its range into systems with no intentionally added PFAS or PTFE, ceramic-based systems, and fluoropolymer-based systems, listing product families including CERALON, CORFLON, DURIT, ILACOLOR, ILAFLON, ILATECH and XERADUR. For bakeware it separates coil-applied coatings from spray-applied coatings, and describes the spray range as "mainly PFAS-free".
So the supplier makes more than one kind. A badge naming the supplier and a quality tier does not, on its own, tell a shopper which kind is on the pan in front of them.
The phrase "ceramic reinforced" is worth reading carefully too. Reinforcement describes something added to a coating. It is a different statement from saying the coating is ceramic, and ILAG markets its sol-gel ceramic line, which it describes as free of intentionally added PFAS, under a separate name. Neither the badge nor the box settles which family is on this particular tray. We will update this article if that detail is published.
4. The green one, and its ceiling
Zenker's green vision line uses carnauba wax from certified plantations as its release treatment, alongside a carbon-neutral claim and an ILAG BASIC badge.
Carnauba is a plant wax, and as an approach to release it is a real departure from fluoropolymers. We would rather see that than another vague phrase.
Then read the temperature. These pieces are rated to 356°F (180°C), the lowest figure we found on any of the eight boxes. Roasted vegetables, pizza and most artisan bread want more than that. A pan you cannot take past 356°F is not a general-purpose pan, whatever else it is.
The number is printed on the packaging in nineteen languages. Nobody is hiding it. It is simply not the part the marketing is about.
5. The one whose chemical claim covers less than it appears to
The Guardini Starting Set, four pieces, carries a green leaf logo reading "FREE BPA · PFOA" and the words "healthy coating", plus a NON-STICK PRO badge.
Here is what that covers. PFOA is one substance within the very large family known as PFAS. Manufacturers moved away from PFOA in non-stick production more than a decade ago, so a PFOA-free claim on a pan made today is close to a car advertised as lead-petrol-free. Accurate, and it separates the product from almost nothing on the shelf. BPA is a plastics-related substance with limited relevance to a metal baking pan in the first place.
Neither phrase makes a statement about PTFE or about PFAS as a class. A manufacturer can state PFOA-free with complete accuracy whether or not a fluoropolymer is present.
To be explicit, since this is a named product: we make no claim about what this set contains or about its compliance with any law. This is a European-market product and we have not tested it. The point here is about how much information the words on a box carry, and this wording carries less than a shopper might assume.
6. The one with no coating to describe
The Luminarc Smart Cuisine Carine two-piece opal glass set gives its material and its temperature and stops: 475°F (250°C).
Opal glass is a non-porous glass body. There is no coating, which means no coating chemistry, no wear curve, and no surface treatment for anyone to disclose. It also had the most heat tolerance of anything we picked up.
What the printed temperatures showed
We wrote down the maximum oven temperature printed on each package.

Four of the six sit at exactly the same figure. The interesting values are at the two ends, and they run opposite to what the marketing would lead you to expect. The pan sold on its environmental credentials had the lowest ceiling of anything we handled. The plain uncoated glass had the highest.
Two products is not a pattern, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Six boxes from one stockroom is not a market survey either. What the exercise does show is that maximum temperature is a real, printed, checkable number that hardly anybody compares, and that it varied by 119°F across products in the same category.
It also does not follow a material rule. A widely sold American glass bakeware set, which we recommend further down, states a maximum of 425°F (218°C). That is lower than every coated pan in the table above and well below the opal glass. Uncoated does not automatically mean higher.
The ceiling belongs to the individual product, not to the material it is made from. Which is why you read it instead of assuming it. It takes four seconds and it is the most concrete number on the box.
The fume argument and baking
This is where we step away from most of the category, so here is the working.
The concern driving non-toxic cookware coverage is that PTFE coatings degrade when overheated and give off fumes. That is real, and the published figures are specific. A clinical review of polymer fume fever on the NCBI Bookshelf states that PTFE "releases fumes at temperatures as low as 260 °C (500 °F)", that "symptoms in humans generally do not begin until the material is heated to 350 °C (662 °F)", and that "pyrolysis commences at 400 °C (752 °F)".
Now set those against the numbers in the table above. Every box we read caps out at 446°F or below. An oven at a normal baking temperature, with food in the pan, is not in the range where any of that starts.
The scenario that produces polymer fume fever is a different appliance. It is an empty non-stick pan left on a hot burner, where surface temperature climbs far past anything an oven reaches. That is a stovetop hazard and a real one. It is not a cake tin hazard.
For balance, a Clemson University extension guide on cookware safety reports that the FDA approves fluoropolymer non-stick for food-contact surfaces, and characterizes the FDA position as finding that neither particles that may chip off nor fumes given off at high temperatures pose a health hazard. That is a university's summary of a regulator's view rather than the regulator's own wording, so weigh it accordingly. Plenty of readers will still prefer to avoid the material for reasons that have nothing to do with fumes, including manufacturing emissions and environmental persistence. Those are reasonable positions and we are not arguing anyone out of them.
Our point is narrower. If you are choosing bakeware, the fume threshold is not what decides it, and a guide that leads with fumes is selling you a feeling rather than information.
What does go wrong with coated bakeware is duller and far more likely.
- The coating wears. Metal utensils, abrasive scrubbing and dishwasher cycles thin it, and a worn coated pan is a patchy bare metal pan that performs worse than either.
- You often cannot find out what the coating is. See the six boxes above.
- The pan's ceiling can sit below the recipe you want to bake. See the table above.
The disclosure you can look up yourself
Here is the tool almost no bakeware guide mentions.
California's Assembly Bill 1200 requires cookware manufacturers to publish a list of the chemicals they intentionally add to their products, where those chemicals appear on a state "designated list" of chemicals of concern. The definitions section of the resulting law, California Health and Safety Code § 109010, sets out what counts as cookware, and the list is explicit:
"Cookware" means durable houseware items that are used in homes and restaurants to prepare, dispense, or store food, foodstuffs, or beverages, including pots, pans, skillets, grills, baking sheets, baking molds, trays, bowls, and cooking utensils.
Two dates matter. The website disclosure has been required since 1 January 2023, and disclosure on the product label since 1 January 2024.
There is also a rule about wording, and it bears directly on phrases like the one on the Guardini box. Manufacturers may not claim cookware is free of a specific chemical if that chemical belongs to a group or class on the designated list, unless no chemical from that group has been intentionally added.
PFOA belongs to the PFAS class. So on cookware sold in California, a "PFOA-free" claim is only permitted where no PFAS-class chemical has been intentionally added. That tells you how much a phrase like that is required to mean when it does appear, and it is a useful lens to carry into any shop.
Running the check yourself, in about a minute
- Search the brand name plus "AB 1200".
- Open the disclosure page. Brands commonly title these pages something close to "California AB 1200 Cookware Disclosure".
- Read what is listed. If you see PTFE, PFA, FEP or a general PFAS statement, you have your answer directly. If the list contains only metals, no designated-list fluoropolymer is being declared as intentionally added.
- Check whether the filing is specific or blanket. This is what separates a useful disclosure from a decorative one.
Two things to keep in mind while you read one. The obligation covers chemicals on the designated list, so a filing is not a full ingredient list and the absence of something is not proof it is not in the pan. And some manufacturers file a single sentence covering an entire catalogue, which is compliant and tells you nothing about the specific item in your hand. When you hit one of those, you have still learned something: that brand chose not to be specific.
Two real filings show the range. USA Pan's published disclosure lists aluminum, iron, manganese, and vanadium and compounds. Our Place organizes its disclosure by material type and lists aluminum, iron, chromium, nickel, manganese, boron, copper and molybdenum, with an entry covering "Bakers and Bake Pans, all shapes, sizes, variants and colors" under aluminum. Both are readable, itemised, and specific enough to act on.
Four materials, judged by how they fail
Most guides compare materials on chemistry alone. That is half the decision. People replace bakeware because it warped, stuck, rusted or burned the bottoms of things, and those failures deserve the same table.

Two things the chemistry discussion always leaves out
Pan color changes your bake. A dark surface absorbs more radiant heat and browns faster. A pale or shiny one reflects it and browns more slowly. If your cookie bottoms scorch while the tops stay pale, the pan is a likelier culprit than the oven. Drop the temperature by about 25°F (15°C), or move to a lighter pan.
Gauge decides whether it warps. That bang from the oven is a thin sheet expanding unevenly. Heavier metal and a rolled or wire-reinforced rim resist it. This is a question about how the pan is built, and no amount of PFAS-free branding compensates for a flimsy one.
Glass, where two makers disagree
Glass is the default recommendation in most non-toxic bakeware guides, usually called inert and safe, after which the section ends. There is a genuine technical dispute underneath it that readers deserve to see.
The starting point. Many people assume kitchen glass bakeware is borosilicate, the heat-resistant laboratory glass. Much of what is sold in the United States is soda-lime instead. The difference in raw material properties is measurable: writing for the Chemical Education Xchange, a chemistry educator gives borosilicate a coefficient of thermal expansion around 3 × 10-6 K-1, tolerating a temperature differential of roughly 183 K, against about 9 × 10-6 K-1 and roughly 54 K for soda-lime.
The important qualification. Those figures describe the glass itself, not a finished tempered dish, and essentially all consumer soda-lime bakeware is tempered. Anchor Hocking, which makes it, states that thermal tempering more than doubles the mechanical strength of annealed borosilicate, that its tempered soda-lime has thermal shock resistance equal to or greater than annealed borosilicate, and that it recorded a greater than 90 percent reduction in breakage replacement rate in the decade after switching. The company also points to a difference in how each fails: tempered glass breaks into relatively small pieces generally lacking sharp edges, while borosilicate breaks into larger, heavier, very sharp ones.
Worth stating plainly: we link to an Anchor Hocking set further down and may earn a commission on it. The position above is theirs, presented as theirs.
Where that leaves you. Both materials are inert on the food side, which is the question this article is about, and on that measure glass wins outright. The dispute is about mechanical behaviour, and it resolves into how you use the dish rather than which one you buy.
- Do not move glass bakeware straight from the refrigerator or freezer into a hot oven. Let it come toward room temperature first. Read a "refrigerator safe" or "freezer safe" label for what it says, which is that the dish can be stored cold.
- Do not set a hot glass dish on a cold, wet or stone surface. Use a dry cloth or a trivet.
- Do not add cold liquid to a hot glass dish.
- Do not use glass bakeware under a broiler unless the manufacturer says you can.
Follow those four and the choice between glass types stops mattering much. Ignore them and either type can fail.

Everything else in this guide asks you to read a box. This is the pick where you can go and check our work, because three separate statements line up.
- The listing names the coating, calling it a "proprietary silicone nonstick Americoat coating". Silicone-based, and identified rather than gestured at.
- The listing separately carries a PTFE Free designation.
- USA Pan's published California disclosure lists aluminum, iron, manganese, and vanadium and compounds.
Run the check from earlier in this guide on this brand and you get an itemised answer instead of a blanket sentence. Bear in mind what that filing is and is not: it covers designated-list chemicals, so it confirms what has been declared rather than everything present. Combined with the manufacturer naming its own coating, it is the most a shopper can reasonably establish from outside a laboratory, and no other pick here comes close.
The rest is straightforward. Aluminized steel is steel for rigidity with aluminum for conductivity, so it browns well and resists the warping that ruins thin pans. The set covers a cookie sheet, a quarter sheet and a half sheet. The listing describes USA Pan as a family company manufacturing in the United States for over sixty years.
Two drawbacks. It is a coating. Silicone is not a fluoropolymer, but it is still a layer on metal, and layers wear, so everything in the care section applies to this pan more than to anything else here.
And it is hand wash only, which the listing states. The most verifiable pick in this article is the one you cannot put in the dishwasher. The ridged surface that the manufacturer credits for even air circulation, fairly enough, is also a set of grooves that hold baked-on sugar. For cakes and muffins, from the same maker
Every recommendation so far is flat, and flat pans do not bake a cake. The same manufacturer closes that gap, which means the checking does not have to be done twice. USA Pan's muffin pans use the same aluminized steel body and the same coating, and their listing puts it more plainly than the sheet-pan set does:
"Nonstick Americoat coating - a patented silicone coating which is PTFE, PFOA and BPA free"
That is a manufacturer naming its coating chemistry and stating what it excludes, on a product whose company also files an itemised California disclosure. Apply the test from earlier and this is what a pass looks like.
The pan comes in mini, standard, jumbo and toaster-oven sizes from the same page, so choose the one that matches what you bake rather than the one we happened to open.
The drawback. The same two as above, plus arithmetic. A twenty-four-well mini pan is twenty-four wells to wash by hand, and the listing specifies hot water, mild soap and a gentle brush or sponge. If muffins are occasional for you, the standard twelve-cup size is the saner buy.

Best uncoated metal: Nordic Ware Naturals Half Sheet, 2-pack
The baking surface here is bare aluminum, described on the listing as pure aluminum, with no coating claimed anywhere. That is the appeal. Nothing to look up, nothing to check, and nothing that can wear through in three years and leave you with a different pan than the one you bought.
Two construction details make it the pick rather than merely an option. Nordic Ware states that the rim is encapsulated galvanized steel, which is the specific answer to warping: the bang you hear from the oven is a thin sheet with nothing stiffening its edge. The galvanizing is on the rim rather than the baking surface, which stays bare aluminum. And that pale, untreated surface is the light pan from the browning comparison above, so it will not scorch a cookie base the way a dark one does.
It comes as a two-pack, which is about as close to a set as uncoated metal gets, and the listing describes it as made in America of domestic and imported materials.
The drawback. It is not non-stick in any sense, and the listing does not pretend otherwise, so you will use parchment for almost everything. It discolors to a mottled brown within a few uses and never goes back, which is permanent but cosmetic. Bare aluminum reacts with acidic food, making it a poor choice for tomato-heavy roasting or lemon bars. And bare aluminum is exactly the material some readers came here to avoid, which we are not going to talk around.

Best for casseroles: Anchor Hocking Complete Glass Bakeware Set
Uncoated tempered glass, from a company the listing describes as making glass in Ohio since 1905. No coating to decode, and none to wear through. The listing calls the glass nonporous and says it will not warp, stain or retain smells, which covers three of the four reasons people replace bakeware.
The part we did not expect is a five-year warranty replacing chipped, cracked or broken glass used according to instructions. Breakage is the one real failure mode glass has, and a manufacturer underwriting it is unusual enough to be a reason to choose this over something anonymous.
It is also a genuine set. The pieces that matter are a 2-quart baker, a 1.5-quart casserole with a glass cover, a 1.5-quart loaf dish and a 9-inch pie dish.
The drawback, and it is bigger than the marketing suggests. This set states a maximum of 425°F (218°C), lower than every coated pan in our temperature table and below what roasted vegetables, pizza and most artisan bread want. If you bought glass assuming uncoated meant unlimited, this is where that assumption ends. Use it for casseroles, gratins and traybakes, and use metal for high-heat roasting.
The piece count also flatters it. Fifteen pieces includes four custard cups with plastic lids, a measuring cup and a mixing bowl, which are storage and prep items. You are buying four baking dishes and some useful extras. Glass browns poorly, so it is the wrong tool for cookies and pastry bases, and it is heavy.

The pick we could not make: enamel
There should be a fifth recommendation here, and it should be an enamel bakeware set.
Enamel earns it. It was the one material in this guide whose packaging named what it actually was. Vitreous enamel is glass fused to steel, so there is no polymer film to thin out, you can cut a portion straight out of the dish without reaching bare metal, and it stands up to fruit acids.
We could not find a set we were willing to link to.
What kept coming up instead were listings with no manufacturer we could identify behind them: no company history, no stated country of manufacture, sold through marketplace accounts, and carrying non-stick chemical claims in the product title. On an enamel pan those claims are decorative. Enamel is fused glass, so there was never a fluoropolymer in it to leave out, and advertising its absence tells you the words are doing marketing work rather than informing anyone.
Enamel is also the one material here where the identity of the maker does real work. As noted above, the FDA sets maximum levels for leachable lead in ceramic and enamel coatings, and enamel quality varies with the manufacturer's process and pigments. That is a general reason to buy enamel from a company that will put its name to it, and not a claim about any particular listing.
So there is no link in this section. If you find enamel bakeware from a manufacturer that names itself, says where it is made, and publishes its standards, everything good we said about the material still applies and it is a fine thing to own.
Two label claims to walk away from
These are wording patterns rather than brands, because the patterns turn up across many manufacturers.
A set whose only chemical claim is "PFOA-free" or "BPA-free"
PFOA moved out of non-stick manufacturing more than a decade ago, and BPA has little bearing on a metal pan. A set resting its entire safety proposition on those two phrases has not told you what is on the surface. That does not make the pan bad. It makes the label uninformative, and it means the manufacturer's own disclosure is where you should look next.
"Ceramic-reinforced" or "ceramic-coated", with no base named
Genuine ceramic non-stick is a sol-gel silica coating, and companies using it generally say so, because it is a selling point. Reinforcement language describes an additive inside some other base. If a box says ceramic-anything without identifying whether the base is sol-gel or fluoropolymer, treat the word as styling until the manufacturer's own disclosure tells you more.
If you bake occasionally, do not buy a set at all
Most people who buy a multi-piece bakeware set use two of the pieces. The bundt mold and the flan tin go in a cupboard and stay there.
If you bake a few times a year, buy three separate things: one heavy uncoated sheet pan, one glass or enamel baking dish, and a box of parchment. That covers cookies, roasting, traybakes, casseroles and most cakes. It costs less than a set, has no coating to manage, and will outlast one by a decade. Buy the springform when you have an actual cheesecake to make.
Making bakeware last
This matters more than it looks, because a coated pan that has worn through is no longer the product you researched.
- Hand wash coated pans. Dishwasher detergent is abrasive and alkaline, and it is the fastest way to thin a coating. Both the USA Pan listing and the Zenker green vision packaging specify hand washing.
- No metal utensils, steel wool or scouring powder on any coated or enamel surface.
- Do not preheat a coated pan empty. There is no reason to, and it is the one baking situation that pushes surface temperature well past the oven setting.
- Respect the printed maximum. If a box says 356°F, a 425°F recipe is not a rounding error.
- Let a pan cool before washing. Cold water into a hot pan warps metal and shocks glass.
- Retire a coated pan once the surface is visibly worn through. Patchy coating bakes unevenly and sticks worse than bare metal.
Questions people ask
What is the safest bakeware material?
Uncoated glass, vitreous enamel and bare metal all sidestep the question, because there is no coating to identify. Glass and enamel are inert on the food side. Bare aluminum reacts with acidic food, so it suits dry baking better than acidic roasting.
Is non-stick bakeware safe in the oven?
Published figures put PTFE fume release at around 500°F (260°C), with symptoms in people generally not beginning until about 662°F (350°C). Coated bakeware is typically rated to 446°F or below, so ordinary oven baking sits under those thresholds. The overheating scenario that causes problems is a dry pan on a hot burner rather than a pan in an oven.
Does PFOA-free mean PFAS-free?
No. PFOA is one substance within the PFAS class and left non-stick production more than a decade ago. On cookware sold in California there is a rule limiting when a "free of" claim may be made about a chemical whose class is on the designated list, which is worth knowing when you read one.
How do I find out what coating is on a pan?
Search the brand name plus "AB 1200" and read the manufacturer's own chemical disclosure. Under California law, cookware, which the statute defines to include baking sheets and baking molds, must have that list published on a website. Remember it covers designated-list chemicals rather than everything in the product.
What is the safest muffin pan material?
Uncoated metal is the simplest answer, but muffin batter sticks badly to bare aluminum and paper cases only solve part of it. The practical choice is a coated pan whose manufacturer names the coating, states what it excludes, and files a disclosure you can read.
Why does my baking sheet warp in the oven?
Thin-gauge metal expanding unevenly. Heavier gauge and a rolled or wire-reinforced rim resist it. This is about construction and has nothing to do with coatings or safety claims.
Why do my cookie bottoms burn?
Usually pan color. Dark surfaces absorb radiant heat and brown faster, and at least one manufacturer sells that as a feature of its dark finish. Lower the temperature by roughly 25°F (15°C) or switch to a lighter pan.
Can glass bakeware go from the refrigerator to the oven?
Treat it as no. Thermal shock is the main failure mode for glass bakeware, and the tolerable temperature differential is smaller than most people assume. Let the dish warm toward room temperature first.
Is enamel bakeware non-toxic?
Vitreous enamel is fused glass and inert in normal use, but manufacturing quality matters, because the FDA sets maximum levels for leachable lead in ceramic and enamel coatings. Buy from manufacturers that state their standards rather than from anonymous listings.
A note on freshness. Chemical disclosure requirements, manufacturer filings and product formulations change, and so do Amazon listings. The California disclosure obligations described here took effect in January 2023 for websites and January 2024 for labels.
