These terms explain the rules for using cupindy.com (“the Site”). Cupindy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent home and kitchen publication. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Cupindy is

Cupindy is an independent home and kitchen publication. We do not sell products. We publish research-based buying guides, comparisons and safety explainers about cookware, kitchen tools, food storage, cleaning, laundry and home appliances.

We stopped selling products in July 2026. We take no orders, no payments and no delivery details. If you find an old page that seems to offer something for sale, nothing can be bought through it.

2. Using the site

You may read, print and share links to our guides for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not:

• copy or republish our articles, photos or charts on another site or in a product listing without our written permission;
• scrape or bulk-download the Site, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site.

The Site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

3. Our guides are information, not professional advice

We research each topic from manufacturer documents, regulatory sources and product listings, and a person reviews every article before it is published. Even so, our guides are general information. They are not medical, legal, electrical, plumbing or other professional advice, and they cannot cover every product, model or home.

• Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings for your product.
• For gas, electrical, water or structural work, use a qualified professional.
• If you have a health concern, ask a doctor or another qualified professional.

Products, labels and rules change. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will check it and correct it.

4. Affiliate links and advertising

Cupindy is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you buy through one of our Amazon links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We also show advertising supplied by Google.

Commissions and ads never decide which products we recommend or what we say about them, including the drawbacks. More on our affiliate disclosure page.

5. Prices, products and purchases

Product names, prices, availability and ratings can change at any time. Where we show a price, it was correct when we checked it; the price on the seller’s page when you buy is the one that applies.

When you buy something through a link on our Site, you buy it from Amazon or that seller, under their terms. Orders, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and warranties are handled by them, not by Cupindy. Please contact the seller about any order.

6. Links to other sites

Our guides link to manufacturers, regulators, retailers and other sources. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

7. Our content

The text, photos, charts, logo and design of the Site belong to Cupindy or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Product names and brands belong to their owners; we use them only to identify the products we write about.

8. Email updates

If you subscribe, we send occasional emails about things worth knowing, such as a recall or a change to a product label. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. How we handle your email address is explained in our privacy policy.

9. Messages you send us

If you send us a correction, a question or a suggestion, we may use it to improve the Site, for example by correcting or updating a guide. We will not publish your name or email address without your permission.

10. No guarantees and limits on our liability

The Site is free to use and is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or complete.

To the extent the law allows, Cupindy is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the Site, relying on its content, or buying a product through a link on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes are noted here rather than made quietly. If you keep using the Site after a change, the updated terms apply.

12. If you have a problem

If you have a problem with the Site or something we published, please contact us first. We will try to resolve it quickly and informally. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
